View serviceWe do four kinds of work and combine them based on what you need in Canada: more revenue or lower costs. No templates, no inflated licenses, and nothing left half-finished.

01 / Scope
Every service exists because it removes a specific bottleneck. If we cannot measure the outcome, we do not sell it.

02 / Criteria
We start with a diagnostic conversation and three uncomfortable questions: what you sell today, where you lose customers, and how much time your team spends on tasks a system could do.
From there we define the order of work. Sometimes a two-week fix moves the needle; other times the real problem is your data and that has to be solved first.
03 / Engagement
You can start with a contained project and, if it works, move into continuous improvement. We do not require long contracts to prove our work.
01
Fixed price, staged deliverables, and a launch date. Ideal for a corporate site, a store, or a portal.
02
Two-week blocks on a product already in production, ordered by impact on revenue or cost.
03
Maintenance, monitoring, small changes, and technical guidance with written response times.
04
A focused review of performance, security, technical SEO, or data quality, with a prioritized action plan.
04 / Standard
These are not optional add-ons: they are the difference between a delivery and an asset your company can sustain.
05 / Outcome
Forms, calls, and messaging orders with an identified source.
Time your team stops spending on repetitive work.
Every automated flow has a responsible person, a log, and an alert.
06 / Questions

A small business site takes 3 to 5 weeks; a corporate site 5 to 9; a system or store with integrations 8 to 16, delivered in stages.
One decision-maker, access to product or service information, and credentials for existing systems if we need to integrate.
Yes, if the technical base allows it. We review it and tell you plainly whether to improve what exists or rebuild parts of it.
You do. We hand over the repository, accounts, documentation, and backups. We do not use vendor lock-in.
Tell us what you sell, what makes it hard, and which tools you use today. We send back a proposal with scope and pricing in CAD.
