Pricing and ways to engage with no fine print

We publish ranges and criteria because an honest commercial conversation starts with knowing what it costs. The final number depends on scope and is always fixed before we start, in CAD.

01 / What drives the price

Five variables that move the budget

Before giving a number we need to understand these five things. With them the range closes quickly.

01

Number of sections or modules

Ten informational pages do not cost the same as a system with five roles and permissions.

Scope

02

Required integrations

Every external system to connect (ERP, CRM, payments, billing) adds work and testing.

Complexity

03

Content volume

Loading 30 products is not the same as migrating 4,000 references with photos and variants.

Content

04

Languages and countries

Each language or country version adds content, review, and technical configuration.

International

05

Urgency

Compressing timelines means reorganizing the team. It can be done, with an explicit additional cost.

02 / Engagement models

Four ways to engage, depending on what you need

You can combine models: start with an audit, continue with a project, and keep monthly support.

Technical audit
A review of site, performance, technical SEO, security, or data quality, with a prioritized action plan. Delivered in one or two weeks.
Fixed-scope project
The most common format. Fixed price, staged deliverables, and a committed launch date.
Improvement sprints
Two-week blocks on a product in production, prioritized by impact on revenue or costs.
Support and evolution
A monthly plan with work hours, monitoring, updates, and written response times.

03 / What every quote includes

None of the usual industry extras

Elsewhere, training, security certification, analytics setup, or code handover are billed separately. Here they are included because they are part of the work, not an add-on.

We also do not charge for progress meetings, the testing environment, or minor changes during the post-launch adjustment period.

  • Written scope and proposal
  • Testing environment during development
  • Training and documentation
  • Analytics and measurement configuration
  • 30 days of post-launch adjustments
  • Full handover of accounts and code

04 / Payment terms

How invoicing works and what we need from you

We work with staged payments so the risk is shared and you can stop the investment if something does not fit.

Start
A deposit to reserve the team and begin the diagnostic and design work.
Mid-stage
Payment against approval of the prototype or the first functional module in the testing environment.
Closing
Final payment against publishing and completed training.
Support
Monthly invoicing of the chosen plan, with an hours and work report.
Currency
We invoice in CAD for clients in Canada; we can invoice in other currencies if your company requires it.

05 / Questions

Questions about money and commitments

Why don't you publish exact prices?

Because they depend on scope. We publish honest ranges and criteria, and the exact number comes after the diagnostic.

Do you charge for quoting?

No. The proposal is free. The technical audit is billed when the project does not move forward, because it involves real work.

Are there mandatory monthly costs?

Only technical ones: domain, hosting, or platform. Monthly support is optional and you can cancel anytime.

What warranty do you offer?

30 days of adjustments on what was delivered. If something fails due to a construction defect, it is fixed at no cost.

Ask for a range for your specific case

With three data points —what you need, by when, and which systems you use— we can give you a realistic range in CAD.
