01 / Scope

Six services, one goal: that the investment shows up in the numbers

Every service exists because it removes a specific bottleneck. If we cannot measure the outcome, we do not sell it.

01

Websites for small and local business

A site with catalog, hours, location, organized messaging orders, and local SEO work so you show up when people search in your area.

Diagnostic meeting with company numbers on screen
Diagnostic · numbers first

02 / Criteria

We choose the solution after understanding the business, not before

We start with a diagnostic conversation and three uncomfortable questions: what you sell today, where you lose customers, and how much time your team spends on tasks a system could do.

From there we define the order of work. Sometimes a two-week fix moves the needle; other times the real problem is your data and that has to be solved first.

  • Diagnostic before any quote
  • Priority by impact over effort
  • No unnecessary third-party dependencies
  • Code and data stay in your hands

03 / Engagement

Three ways to work with us, depending on where your company stands

You can start with a contained project and, if it works, move into continuous improvement. We do not require long contracts to prove our work.

  1. 01

    Fixed-scope project

Fixed price, staged deliverables, and a launch date. Ideal for a corporate site, a store, or a portal.

  2. 02

    Improvement sprints

Two-week blocks on a product already in production, ordered by impact on revenue or cost.

  3. 03

    Support and evolution

Maintenance, monitoring, small changes, and technical guidance with written response times.

  4. 04

    Technical and data audit

A focused review of performance, security, technical SEO, or data quality, with a prioritized action plan.

04 / Standard

What is included in any project, at no extra cost

These are not optional add-ons: they are the difference between a delivery and an asset your company can sustain.

Written scope
A document with modules, deliverables, timeline, and price in USD before the first line of code.
Testing environment
A staging site and database to validate changes without exposing your live operation.
Performance
Image optimization, caching, and query tuning so the site loads well even on slow connections.
Technical SEO
URL structure, metadata, structured data, sitemap, and indexing control.
Accessibility
Contrast, keyboard navigation, alternative text, and a correct heading hierarchy.
Documentation and handover
Usage guide, accounts, credentials, and a recorded training session for your team.
Measurement
Analytics configured with contact and purchase events, so you know which channel brings real customers.
30 days of adjustments
Post-launch fixes at no cost, with a direct support channel.

05 / Outcome

The signals we review once the project is live

+
qualified inquiries

Forms, calls, and messaging orders with an identified source.

−
administrative hours

Time your team stops spending on repetitive work.

0
tasks without an owner

Every automated flow has a responsible person, a log, and an alert.

06 / Questions

Questions we get before a contract is signed

Do you work with companies from the United States?

Yes. We serve companies across 13 markets in the Americas and Europe. We quote in USD and schedule meetings in New York time.

How long does a project take?

A small business site takes 3 to 5 weeks; a corporate site 5 to 9; a system or store with integrations 8 to 16, delivered in stages.

What do you need from us?

One decision-maker, access to product or service information, and credentials for existing systems if we need to integrate.

Can you work on what we already have?

Yes, if the technical base allows it. We review it and tell you plainly whether to improve what exists or rebuild parts of it.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. We hand over the repository, accounts, documentation, and backups. We do not use vendor lock-in.

Which service does your company need?

Tell us what you sell, what makes it hard, and which tools you use today. We send back a proposal with scope and pricing in USD.
