02 / Reporting method

Every project is measured before and after with the same yardstick

We define the baseline at the start: inquiries per month, hours per process, error rate, cycle time. At the end we measure again and hand over the comparison.

If an improvement does not move any of those numbers, we say so plainly and propose another route instead of dressing up the report.

03 / Transparency

No inflated numbers and no invented cases

We do not publish percentages we cannot back with client data. When a result cannot be made public, we describe the procedure and the indicator without making up figures.

In the proposal meeting we show verifiable references and answer the technical questions your team has. That is the only honest way to work in technology.

  • Indicators defined together with the client
  • Measurement from auditable sources
  • Anonymized cases with permission
  • No promises of guaranteed rankings
