Pending decisions
When nobody approves, development stops. We define up front who decides and by when.
Prevention
We do not improvise. Every project goes through the same four stages, with documents and validations at each checkpoint, so you always know where you stand and what comes next.

01 / Stages
These four stages apply equally to a small business website and a corporate system; the depth changes, not the structure.
01
Interviews, number review, and analysis of current tools. We leave with a defined problem and a solution hypothesis.
02
A document with modules, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price in USD. It gets approved before coding starts.
03
A validated prototype and weekly deliveries in a testing environment, with progress meetings and a decision log.
04
Data migration, publishing, role-based training, and 30 days of included adjustments.
02 / Working cadence
Constant communication prevents surprises at the end. This is what we deliver throughout the project.
03 / Risks
We prefer to name them before starting instead of justifying them afterwards.

02
Copy, photos, and product lists are usually the real bottleneck. We work from simple briefs and move ahead with what exists.
Prevention
03
A change accepted without assessment drags the whole schedule. Every adjustment is estimated and approved in writing.

04 / Questions
With a deposit to start and payments against approved deliverables. The detail is in the proposal.
That is not our main model. We prefer fixed scope or sprints with a defined objective, so both sides know what is delivered.
Every stage is validated before moving on. If something does not work, it gets fixed in that stage, not at the end.
We adapt to your city's schedule. We hold meetings between 8am and 7pm local time in New York.
It is the stage where everything gets decided. Tell us about your case and we will schedule the first session.
